RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE

This document pertains to returns made with UGENEBIO, which encompasses UGENEBIO, UGENEBIO Technology, Inc., UGENE BIOTECHNOLOGY, Inc., and UGENEBIO Networks, LLC. UGENEBIO reserves the right to modify this Return Policy & Procedure as needed.

The following guidelines apply to products purchased directly from www.ugenebio.com or through UGENEBIO Customer Service:

  1. Each purchase is assigned a unique order number, which customers must provide to initiate a return. UGENEBIO does not offer refunds, store credits, or exchanges for products purchased from independent resellers.
  2. Customers who make direct purchases from ugenebio.com or UGENEBIO Customer Service have 14 days from the purchase date to request a return.
  3. To request a return, customers must log in to www.ugenebio.com, access their account under MY ACCOUNT, navigate to Orders, and click on the Return button to follow the instructions.
  4. Refunds and returns are not available for opened or used products.
  5. UGENEBIO photographs all products before shipping to verify authenticity and condition. Customers returning products due to damage or defects should take photos of the items before returning them.
  6. Upon requesting a return, customers are required to send an email to support@ugenebio.com with the subject line “PRODUCT RETURN” and include the order number in the email. Upon receipt of the email, UGENEBIO will respond with the return address. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
  7. Upon receipt of returned products, UGENEBIO will verify the validity of the return and process it accordingly.
  8. For Independent Business Owners (IBOs) as defined in UGENEBIO’s Terms & Conditions, store credit in the form of UGENEBIO points will be awarded for their future product purchases. For non-IBO retail customers, UGENEBIO will refund the full purchase amount once the return’s validity is confirmed.
  9. Following approval of the return, any UGENEBIO points awarded to the customer and any upline commissions associated with the purchase will be deducted accordingly.
